When installed on a spacecraft, it may cause irreparable accidents. Even on the ground, in the computer room, program-controlled switch room, aerospace command center, due to the electrostatic discharge interference, it will cause distortion, noise, loss of control, garbled and other hazards, which is a very serious problem in the field of microelectronics applications. .

Fortunately, with the increasing awareness of the dangers of static electricity, China's anti-static products have also formed a complete system, only more than 10 manufacturers of steel flooring, the annual demand is several million square meters; The annual sales of anti-static products reached 1.5 to 1.7 billion yuan; moreover, some products entered the international market, with a growth rate of more than 10%.


However, with the rapid development of the anti-static industry, a large number of hidden dangers in the industry are constantly exposed.


The first is in microelectronics applications.


In the design and production, the anti-static factor is not enough. The anti-static requirements in the use environment of the whole machine are not clear enough, so the user can't pay attention to it. The anti-static requirements are not strict enough in the engineering design, and the entire anti-static system is not guaranteed.


Secondly, the quality of anti-static products is uneven, and many of them are still of low quality and inferior quality, especially on anti-static floor materials.


In terms of the substrate material of the composite floor, the ordinary wood board is used instead of the particle board, the ordinary white latex is used instead of the conductive glue, and the ordinary rubber strip is used instead of the conductive rubber strip to occupy the market at a low cost.


In addition, the polytrimide used in most antistatic floor coverings on the market is also a substitute. Its wear resistance is relatively poor, and it is used on steel floors, which is a waste of steel substrates. The cost of using imported veneers or replacing PVC boards is high, and although the quality of the products is improved, it is difficult to market.

Therefore, the anti-static industry association and relevant government departments have adopted a series of measures to promote industry enterprises to adopt passive anti-static technology to reduce or even avoid electrostatic damage through policies and regulations, testing standards, media publicity and professional knowledge popularization.


These measures and actions are undoubtedly greatly promoting the development of the anti-static products industry. Anti-static products such as anti-static workshops, protective clothing, anti-static shoes, and anti-static wrists have emerged.
