3.CR-1 Cleanroom Vacuum Cleaner three filter systems
1.dust bag (paper initial effect)
The dust bag made of special material can effectively collect and process the visible dust, keep other filters clean and easy to replace.
2.bag filter (cloth medium efficiency)
The washable cloth filter is an electrostatically treated cotton filter, which can effectively filter dust particles less than 4um in size and effectively extend the life of the HEPA/ULPA filter.
3.HEPA/UPLA filter
HEPA (High Efficiency Filter) is made of glass fiber paper, which can effectively filter 99.97% of 0.3um fine dust particles, which is 1/300 of the diameter of a human hair. ULPA (ultra high efficiency filter) is also made of glass fiber, but its material is arranged more closely. It can filter 99.999% of 0.12um fine dust particles, which is 1/960 of the diameter of a human hair, ensuring that the discharged air is cleaner.

CR-1 special vacuum cleaner for clean room is limited to dry vacuuming, not available in wet state.
In order to prolong the service life of the motor and high-efficiency filter, the dust collection paper bag should be replaced in time. If the dust bag is not replaced in time, it will cause the possibility of the motor to burn out.
After washing the cotton cloth filter with water, it must be dried before it can be installed in the machine again.
