2.Material description

4. Production process

The first step: filming the mask body

The design of the mask body of qualified KN95 needs to consider the fit of the face. In this step, it is quickly formed by the filming machine, and the mask body needs to avoid damage.

Step 2: Weld the nose strip

The nose bridge of the KN95 mask is firmly welded to the body of the mask and fully fits the curve of the face to play a sealing role.

Step 3: Weld the ear straps

The ear straps of the KN95 mask are fully automatically welded to ensure that they are firmly welded to the mask body and can withstand the tensile force required by the certification test without breaking. And the welding part does not affect the filtering efficiency of the mask body.

Step 4: Paste sponge nose pads

The sponge nose pad of the KN95 mask should seal the face, avoid air leakage, and make the user feel more comfortable through professional technical processing.

Step 5: Check the packaging

The packaging of KN95 masks is implemented in accordance with GB2626, clearly indicating the wearing mode and use environment and other information, and giving users reasonable suggestions.
