Anti-static bench mat, also known as esd table mat, anti-static rubber sheet, anti-static rubber mat and so on. Anti-static bench mat is mainly made of antistatic (conductive) static material and dissipative electrostatic material synthetic rubber. Commonly used is a 2mm double-layer composite structure with a surface layer of about 0.5mm thick dissipative static layer and a bottom layer of about 1.5mm thick conductive layer.

2. Usage of Anti static bench mat

Lay Anti static bench mat on the working bench table, Place a button on the surface of the esd mat. Connect the other end to the ground conductor. Discharge the static electricity collected on the desk through the anti-static grounding cable. .

With the constant emergence of various types of precision electronics, it is evident that the sensitivity of ESD is getting higher and higher. Controlling the generation and elimination of static electricity has become an important task in the manufacturing of related products. Although we can now use some anti-static materials, such as anti-static mats, we can effectively control the static electricity generation and electrostatic discharge of work surfaces. However, many work environments are not matched and imperfect measures will reduce the effect of anti-static electricity and bring great risks to production safety.
