4.Installation method
Step 1: Preparation of installation tools and accessories of ESD Magazine Rack:
The loading and unloading rack is made of plastic, and two plastic side plates, two bottom plates (fixed plate and moving plate), four aluminum alloy columns, one hexagonal socket screw and a washer, one metal stop rod, and a hexagonal wrench for tools .
Step 2: Installation sequence of loading and unloading racks:
First, fix the bottom plate with the two side plates and the uprights.
Then fix the upper bottom plate with the two side plates and the four uprights.
Slide the movable side board to check whether it is normal, adjust the spacing according to the size of the PCB board used, and then fix the movable board.
Insert the PCB stop lever.
