3.Why should White SMT Solder Paste Spatula be stirred?

Rewarming

The solder paste is usually kept in a refrigerator, and the refrigeration temperature is preferably 5~10°C. Therefore, when the solder paste is taken out of the refrigerator, its temperature is much lower than the room temperature. If the bottle cap is opened without "reheating", it will easily condense the water vapor in the air and stick to the tin paddle. When the furnace is heated, the moisture quickly vaporizes due to strong heat, causing the phenomenon of "tin explosion", producing tin beads, and even damaging components.

Stir

After the solder paste is "reheated", it must be fully stirred before use.
