I. Features:

II. Instructions
1. Preparation
Check the nozzle for cleanliness. Wipe with an anti-static cloth or cotton swab if necessary.
Ensure the nozzle is slightly smaller than the component diameter to avoid suction failure due to improper size.
2. Picking Up the Component
Aim the suction cup parallel to the back of the component and gently press the button to generate negative pressure, ensuring the nozzle makes full contact with the component surface. Lift the component steadily and vertically to avoid applying force or friction to the front of the component.
3. Component Placement
After moving the component to the desired location, press the button again to release the component, ensuring proper alignment.
Application Scenarios
It is primarily used for transferring precision components such as wafers and chips, effectively reducing electrostatic damage and physical contact contamination.

VI.Operation Procedure
1. Picking Up Components
Press and hold the vacuum button and align the suction tip vertically with the center of the component, ensuring a flat contact surface. Release the button to generate negative pressure and maintain steady suction.
2. Moving Components: Maintain steady movement of the suction wand to avoid shaking that could cause the component to fall off or collide.
3. Placing Components
After aligning the component to the desired location, press the vacuum button again to release the component.
Check the placement angle and position for accuracy, making minor adjustments if necessary.
VII.Precautions and Troubleshooting
ESD Requirements: Wear anti-static gloves at all times and use an anti-static mat on the workbench. Avoid Excessive Suction: Excessive suction can cause component deformation or cracking, especially with thin wafers.
Insufficient Suction: Check the tip for wear or leaks in the tubing, and replace the seal or tip.
Part Dropping: Verify that the tip size is correct or adjust the contact angle between the wand and the component.
