1.Introduction of SL-040 ionizer bar
SL-040 electrostatic dedusting ion wind rod has a unique built-in high air volume air tube which can quickly neutralize ions. The hard aluminum casing encloses the ion needle, which is beautiful in appearance and durable. Widely used in precision electronic products, electronic assembly lines, spray equipment, printing and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries to remove static and dust. The ion action distance can be up to one meter. The SL-040 ion wind aluminum rod can only be used with SL-009 power ion supply.

SL-009 high voltage generator is a high voltage transformer that boosts the power frequency voltage to the required voltage for different static elimination products. In consideration of safety issues, the maximum short-circuit current output by all power supply products does not exceed 5mA. The power supply voltage can be selected from 110V and 220V.

1)How to install the SL-040 ionizer bar?
SL-040 ion bar should be equipped with SL-009 high voltage generator. Insert the end of the ion rod connection line into the high voltage generator high voltage output jack, turn it clockwise to the end, and then connect the ground wire of the ion rod connection to the grounding post on the outside of the high voltage generator. The power plug is inserted into a socket with a ground wire (note the voltage used by the high-voltage generator), the ion rod is fixedly installed in a suitable position, and the high-voltage generator can be turned on to work.
After the ion rod is used for a period of time, dust will accumulate on the ion needle and the inner wall of the tube. It must be cleaned regularly, and the power must be cut off when cleaning.
