The TIGER-VAC MV-1CR(HH-CC) anti-static ESD handheld vacuum cleaner is a dedicated vacuum cleaner for cleanrooms, suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, and features EMI protection. It is equipped with a ULPA HEPA filter, making it a high-efficiency model.

1.Product Features

The ULPA filter effectively filters 99.999% of 0.12-micron dust particles, tested by IEST RP-CC001. It filters 99.9995% of 0.18-micron dust particles, tested by IEST RP-CC001 U15 using the MPPS method, conforming to EN1822 standards. All vacuum cleaners undergo leak testing before leaving the factory.

Complies with ISO Class 4 (Class 10) cleanroom standards.

Features electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.

EMI/RFI protection (protection against electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference) ensures it will not interfere with computers or other sensitive electronic equipment.

3.How to choose HEPA/UPLA filter

HEPA (High Efficiency Filter) is made of glass fiber paper, which can effectively filter 99.97% of 0.3um fine dust particles, which is 1/300 of the diameter of a human hair. ULPA (ultra high efficiency filter) is also made of glass fiber, but its material is arranged more closely. It can filter 99.999% of 0.12um fine dust particles, which is 1/960 of the diameter of a human hair, ensuring that the discharged air is cleaner.
