Anti-static bench mat is mainly made of antistatic (conductive) static material and dissipative electrostatic material synthetic rubber. 2.Application for esd mat roll

Electronic devices, electronic computers, electronic communications equipment, integrated circuits and other microelectronics production workshops and advanced laboratories are required to lay anti-static mats or conductive mats in order to reduce or eliminate static electricity hazards. After the mat is laid and grounded, the work surface will discharge static electricity from the human body, so that the ESD tweezers, tools, instruments, and meters that the human body touches the tabletop reach a substantially uniform potential, making the electrostatic sensitive device (SSD) free from frictional electrification, etc. The effect of electrostatic discharge is caused by the interference of the wide-step surface band caused by the electrostatic discharge.

3.Maintenance method of esd workbench mat

During the use of esd workbench mat, the rubber material will naturally age over time. Although many anti-aging materials have been added to the electrostatic mat, the aging phenomenon cannot be avoided. In order to extend the service life of the mat, please try to do the following:

1. The work site and the surface of the anti-static table mat should be kept clean.

Second, try to use UV-free lamps, UV is one of the reasons to accelerate the aging of anti-static mats. Workplace ventilation is better. Minimize the concentration of ozone in the air. Various machines and equipment may generate ozone, electromagnetic waves and electric radiation during operation.

Third, the anti-static table mat should avoid contact with the heat source as much as possible. If it is unavoidable, the contact part should use the old anti-static table mat or other equipment to isolate the heat source, which can effectively extend the service life of the table mat.

4. During the use of ESD pad, please try to avoid chemical contact with ESD work mat. If you accidentally touch them, wipe them off as soon as possible.

5. When cleaning the anti-static mat, try to use environmentally-friendly cleaning materials that do not damage the anti-static mat, and reduce the chemical cleaner as much as possible.

Sixth, the optimal use temperature of the anti-static mat is between 15-30 degrees and the humidity is between 45% and 75%.

The service life of the anti-static mat depends on the environment and the correct method of use. Please use an anti-static mat.
