2.Operating Instructions:
The Dr Schneider PC SL-035 tester is designed to perform (functional) testing of ESD personal grounding devices quickly and repeatedly.

This product is used as one of the inspection tools to complete the implementation of "6.1.3.2 "Compliance with verification requirements, and verification also includes daily inspection of technical requirements plans, etc." in ANSI ESD S20.20 paragraph.

The test parameters have been preset in the factory, but they must be adjusted to be consistent with your own parameters before use. The SL-035 model is simple and convenient to operate. The green light signal reminds the user that everything is normal. The red light and sound prompt indicate that the circuit resistance is too high or too low.

3.Wrist strap test
This test verifies that there is a path between the operator, wrist strap, and ground wire.

While wearing the wrist strap, insert the (cord) plug end into the socket on the front of the tester.
Press the test button to start the tester, and the tester can be started within 2-3 seconds.
Note: When testing, be sure not to touch metal parts by mistake.

The green "Normal (PASS)" LED light is on, indicating that the wrist and ground wire device are functioning properly.
If the "LO" or "HI" LED lights up and an audio alarm sounds, the wrist strap wearer needs to immediately check whether the wrist strap device is normal.
The test resistance of the wrist strap shall not be less than 750KΩ, the normal range is 750KΩ-10MΩ, and the maximum shall not be greater than 10MΩ.
