0.25mm grid and 0.5mm grid end fabric which performance is better


For everyone, the fabric of the electrostatic suit is divided into two kinds of materials: stripe and mesh. For the grid application, the 0.5 grid anti-static suit is more, so is there a clear difference between the 0.25 grid and the 0.5 grid?


In fact, for the same type of conductive fiber in the electrostatic suit, the higher the density, the better the corresponding antistatic performance, and the performance requirements of different industries are different.

0.5 and 0.25 refer to the spacing of the conductive filaments of the antistatic garment. The antistatic effect of the antistatic clothing is determined by the conductive wire in the antistatic fabric. The conductive wire of the 0.25 grid electrostatic clothing is denser than the 0.5 grid electrostatic clothing, and the corresponding antistatic effect is also better. In the same way, the striped anti-static clothing overalls are less effective than the grid anti-static clothing with the same conductive wire spacing.
