A Clever Way to Test Ionizers
More and more factories are using ionizers to remove static electricity, but the testing of these ionizers is often overlooked. Our factory has a simple and practical method. First, take a roll of sealing tape and an electrostatic field tester. Tear the tape open forcefully. Then, use the electrostatic field tester to measure the static voltage. You'll find that the voltage is several thousand volts or more. Next, turn on the ionizer and blow ion air onto the torn tape for about one second. Then, test the static voltage again. You'll be surprised to find that the voltage is only a few tens of volts. This proves that the ionizer I'm using is effective ion air blower, and it's not just a regular fan!
