Anti-static clothing fabric selection
Why should we use polyester fabric for anti-static clothing? Polyester fiber is relatively long, it is not easy to precipitate dander, and it is relatively thin, and the woven fabric has high density and good dustproof effect. Embed an equal distance of carbon fiber filaments (conducting filaments) inside the polyester fabric, usually 0.5cm or 0.25cm, so that the fabric has the effect of releasing static electricity.
Polyester fabric is also known as anti-static clean fabric, which has good conductive anti-static properties and dustproof and dust-proof functions. Compared with pure cotton fabrics, this anti-static clean fabric has high-efficiency, permanent anti-static, dust-proof performance, thin and smooth, and clear texture. A special overlocking machine is used in the process of making garments, which effectively reduces the generation of particles. The dust-free fastening tape avoids contamination of the environment by hair loss.
