Anti-static clothing is made of special anti-static clean fabrics. This fabric is made of special polyester filament, inlaid with conductive fibers in the warp or weft direction. It has the characteristics of efficient and permanent anti-static and dust-proof performance, thin and smooth, and clear texture. As special work clothes, anti-static clothing also has its service life. The uneven price on the market is actually related to its service life. One: The reason why the anti-static clothing of raw materials has anti-static function is because of the addition of conductive wires: 1. Semi-conductive (or pseudo-conductive) wire 2. True conductive (imported from Japan) wire. The fake conductive wire is generally cleaned 10 times and it will crack. If it is cleaned once a week, it can be used for about 2 months at most, but the real conductive wire can be cleaned about 50 times and can be used for about 1 year.
Two: The quality of workmanship will also affect the service life of the anti-static clothing. If the workmanship is poor, it will be damaged or cracked soon, but once the anti-static clothing is damaged or cracked, it needs to be replaced.
3. Application method Because the service life of anti-static clothing is different from the working environment and wearing method of each enterprise and each workshop, even the same style of anti-static clothing, its service life is different.
Four: Washing method The cleaning method of anti-static clothing and dust-free clothing should meet the requirements of the anti-static specification GB12014-2009. You should choose a special anti-static cleaning company. After cleaning, the anti-static clothing should be subjected to relevant electrostatic testing and dust-proof testing. The anti-static clothing and dust-free clothing that failed should be discarded in time.
