Anti-static Coverall Information
The anti-static coverall is made from a specialized anti-static clean fabric. This fabric utilizes specialized polyester filament yarns with conductive fibers woven into the warp or weft direction. It offers highly effective and long-lasting anti-static and dust-repellent properties, and features a thin, smooth, and crisp weave. Specialized overlock sewing machinery is used during the garment production process to effectively minimize particulate generation. The dust-free Velcro prevents linting and contamination. Different styles are available based on grade requirements, and the garment is sewn with conductive fibers to maintain electrical continuity throughout the garment. The sleeves and trouser legs feature a unique double-layer construction, with conductive or anti-static ribbing on the inner layer, meeting the requirements of the highest-level dust-free environments.
