Anti-static mats are mainly made of a variety of processes using conductive materials, static dissipative materials and synthetic rubber. Also known as anti-static table mats, anti-static rubber sheets, anti-static rubber and so on. The anti-static table mat is usually a 2 mm double-layer composite structure, the surface layer is a dissipative static layer of about 0.5 mm thick, and the bottom layer is a conductive layer of about 1.5 mm thick.
However, it has been found that anti-static mats that are much thinner than conventional thicknesses appear on the market, resulting in a far cry from the price gap. Recently, a customer sent us a 2mm thick anti-static mat sample to us, let us help the performance of anti-static materials. Through the test and analysis of the anti-static sample, it is found that the thickness of 2mm is only 1.8mm. The low or even less than 1.7mm thickness, in terms of the thickness of the shape, the anti-static mats are not up to standard.
Why is this kind of anti-static mat customer who is short of two? Certainly because of its low cost, the price is also low, which causes many customers to be attracted by the price and thus “be deceived”.
This phenomenon of "severe shorts and two shorts" is an act of dishonesty. The behavior of taking the market at a low price to seize the market is determined to be stopped.
