1. Electrostatic conductor

One has a lower resistivity and it is difficult to accumulate an electrostatically charged material unless it is insulated from the ground.

A material that has a high electrical resistivity and therefore can accumulate a sufficient amount of static charge thereon to cause various electrostatic phenomena.

A material having a resistivity (or conductivity) between an electrostatic conductor and an electrostatic non-conductor.
