Anti-static Measures in the Circuit Board Workshop

① When conducting high and low temperature tests or aging tests on ESD-sensitive devices, the work area and the high and low temperature chamber must first undergo electrostatic potential testing. The potential must not exceed the safe value; otherwise, electrostatic elimination treatment must be performed.

② When soldered printed circuit boards undergo three-proof treatment (proofing, disinfection, and shockproofing), anti-static measures must also be taken. Do not use ordinary brushing, ultrasonic cleaning, or spraying.

③ Low-resistance instruments and equipment (such as signal transducers, bridges, etc.) used during debugging, measurement, and inspection should only be connected to the input terminals of ESD-sensitive devices after the ESD-sensitive devices are powered on.

④ On the ESD-sensitive testing instrument production line, electrostatic potential testing should be strictly used to monitor changes in electrostatic potential so that electrostatic elimination measures can be taken in a timely manner.
