Generally, the surface resistance is 10 8-11Ω; and the middle layer forms a conductive layer because it is a semi-aluminized layer. Therefore, it can be concluded that the anti-static shielding bag has a three-layer protective structure (anti-static outer layer/conductive middle layer/anti-static inner layer), which can effectively protect the products inside from electrostatic hazards.
For customers who do not understand the product, many times they will find that the inner and outer layers of the anti-static shielding bag required by the customer have a conductive effect, that is, 8Ω less than or equal to 10. There may be several reasons: 1. Traders search according to their customer needs, and they do not understand packaging; 2. Customers do not understand packaging products and think that conductivity must be better than anti-static effect; 3. Listen to other people And I think this requirement is needed; 4. However, there may be only a very small number of most manufacturers that produce products with this function in response to customer needs, but most of them still mainly produce shielding bags with anti-static effects. The main reason is that the products themselves are as mentioned above. There are already three layers of protection, so it may not be very important whether the inner and outer layers should be conductive; if it is changed to conductive, the cost will be higher than the anti-static requirement; in addition, whether the opening of the conductive effect is similar to that of anti-static, because our company Not involved so no comment.
