Anti-static table mat principle and floor mat auxiliary method
Install an anti-static mat on the desktop, and then attach one end of the anti-static grounding wire to the surface. Connect the other end of the anti-static grounding wire to the ground. This will discharge the static electricity collected on the desktop through the anti-static grounding wire.
The principle is as follows:

1. The green surface is for storing and absorbing static electricity around the desktop, and its resistance is 107~109 Ωcm;
2, the black bottom is a conductor, the resistivity is ≤ 106 Ωcm, because it is a conductor, can quickly discharge the absorbed static electricity;
3. One end of the grounding wire is connected to the anti-static mat and the other end is connected to the ground. Therefore, static electricity is smoothly discharged to the earth through the grounding wire. This will discharge the static electricity around the desktop through this principle.
Second, anti-static floor mat auxiliary method
1. Basic ground requirements:
a. The basic ground can be water-grinding ground, porcelain ground, and wooden ground.
b. The ground should be flat, no obvious unevenness, and the unevenness should be less than two thousandths.
c. The ground needs to have sufficient strength, no sanding or shelling.
d. The ground should be dry.

2. Construction procedures and specific methods:
a. Clean the impurities on the ground with 120# gasoline or xylene (with a washing machine);
b. The ground auxiliary copper strip or aluminum strip is used, as the thickness of the copper strip is 0.02mm and the width is 30mm. The number of strips is determined according to the actual requirements of the ground auxiliary equipment, and the end of the laying copper strip is led to the earth;

c. After laying the grounding conductive mesh, clean and dry the floor, apply conductive glue, dry for 20~30min, until the hand is not sticky, the bottom of the anti-static mat (black surface) is the same (coating conductive glue once), then The anti-static rubber sheet is bonded to the ground, and then rolled by a heavy roller for 5 times to make the surface of the anti-static rubber sheet neat and straight, and can be used after 48 hours at normal temperature;
d. The ambient temperature requirement during construction is not less than 25 °C, and ventilation is required;
e, the conductivity coefficient of the conductive glue is not more than 108 Ωcm
