Anti-static Work Clothing and Anti-static Work Shoes for Human Body Anti-static Equipment

The static potential generated by human activity varies under different humidity conditions. During the dry season, static electricity on the human body can reach thousands or even tens of thousands of volts. To eliminate static electricity, a human body anti-static equipment is essential.

To help customers better understand human body anti-static equipment, we now provide the technical specifications and shelf life of anti-static work clothing and anti-static work shoes:

1. The technical specifications, shelf life, and washing instructions for anti-static clothing are as follows:
Surface resistance: 107-109Ω;
Charge capacity: <0.6μC;
Fabric breaking strength: Warp direction >490N; Weft direction: >390N;
Seam strength: >98N.
Shelf life: The shelf life of anti-static clothing is calculated based on the number of washes, which can be up to 100 washes (as opposed to machine washing). Professional Purification and Cleaning Method: Anti-static clothing in Class 1000 or Class 100 cleanrooms requires a Class 100 cleaning and packaging center equipped with a professional isolation purification washing machine, a high-efficiency filtration and purification dryer, an 18MΩ EDI ultrapure water system, and ESD and dust particle testing and detection equipment. Use secondary RO water and a non-ionic surfactant detergent to clean the cleaned work clothing.

II. The technical specifications, shelf life, and cleaning instructions for anti-static work shoes are as follows:
1. Sole resistance: 106-109Ω;
2. Tensile strength: >8Mpa;
3. Precautions: Avoid contact with acid and alkali solubility in the sole. If dirty, clean with a dust-free cloth dipped in a neutral solution (such as water). Do not use acid or alkaline solutions (such as alcohol). This will degrade the anti-static properties, and moisture in the shoe adhesive may cause debonding.
