Are your so-called anti-static clothing qualified?
Although some clothing on the market is anti-static clothing, it is not necessarily true anti-static clothing. So what is true anti-static clothing? One of the biggest factors is the difference in fabrics. Real anti-static clothing uses anti-static ultra-clean fabrics. The main difference from ordinary anti-static fabrics is the concept of "ultra-clean". So in what specific aspects does it manifest itself? Anti-static ultra-clean fabric must have the following three characteristics at the same time:
1. Anti-static function: Static electricity will absorb dust and prevent the adsorbed dust from being blown away during wind showers. Therefore, the primary feature of anti-static ultra-clean fabrics is anti-static properties. At the same time, this anti-static performance must be long-lasting and efficient, and will not be significantly attenuated by daily washing and friction.
2. The anti-static fabric itself does not generate dust: Since it is worn in a clean room, it is required that the fabric cannot become a source of dust in the clean room. This determines that ultra-clean fabrics can only be produced with chemically synthesized long fibers.
3. Anti-static fabrics must have good dust filtration properties: Dust in clean rooms mainly comes from the air flowing indoors and the human body moving indoors. When the equipment conditions are determined, improving cleanliness means controlling the tiny dust generated by the human body in the dust-free clothing to the maximum extent, allowing it to pass through the fabric and enter the air. This is the so-called dust filtration rate of fabrics.
