Commonly used sterilization methods for anti-static sterile clothing

Sterilization of dust-free anti-static overalls is an important step before use. With the development of the times, there are more and more sterilization methods for dust-free anti-static overalls. Today, let’s take a look at dust-free anti-static overalls What are the methods of sterilization?
There are 4 commonly used sterilization methods for dust-free anti-static work clothes:
1. Ozone sterilization:
The principle of ozone sterilization is to destroy the structure of microbial film through oxidation to achieve bactericidal effect. Ozone first acts on the cell membrane, damages the structural components of the membrane, and causes metabolic disorders. Ozone continuously permeates the membrane, destroys lipoproteins and lipopolysaccharides in the membrane, changes cell permeability, and leads to cell lysis and death.
2.121 degrees Celsius high temperature sterilization:
Common high-temperature sterilization methods are divided into wet heat sterilization and dry heat sterilization. The difference is the sterilization mechanism. The wet heat method mainly dies by coagulating microbial proteins. The law of dry heat is to oxidize, denature, carbonize, concentrate and poison electrolytes through dehydration and drying to kill microorganisms. The same is its sterilization means. In other words, these two methods are physical sterilization methods that use high temperature to kill microorganisms, and some medicines are not suitable for sterilization by this method. In addition, after high-temperature sterilization, the clean clothes (clean clothes) shrink after the first two high-temperature sterilizations.
3. Gamma rays:
During the irradiation process, gamma rays penetrate through the packaged clean clothes (clean clothes), acting on microorganisms, directly or indirectly destroying microbial ribonucleic acid, proteins, and enzymes, and playing the role of killing microorganisms, disinfecting and sterilizing.
4. ETO method disinfection and sterilization:
Ethylene oxide sterilization or EO sterilization is a widely used sterilization method, which can kill various microorganisms, such as bacterial propagules, spores, viruses, fungal spores, etc. It hinders the normal chemical reaction and metabolism of bacterial proteins, leading to the death of microorganisms.
