Container bag transportation - the principle of static electricity generation
Containers, tons of bags, hanging bags and other products will inevitably have static electricity during transportation. What are the hazards?
In the event of an explosion, for example, the package is contained as a flammable substance, and the volatilized vapor and air reach a certain ratio, or when the solid dust reaches a certain concentration, it will generate fire when it encounters a static spark. The second is to generate electric shock. Such as the generation of static high-potential discharge during the handling process, giving the operator an uncomfortable feeling of electric shock, which occurs frequently when the warehouse transports plastic-packaged goods. During the handling of the stacking code, due to the strong friction, the electrostatic high-potential discharge is generated, and even the operator is knocked down by the static electricity. Prevention of electrostatic hazards in packaging materials in storage Generally, the following methods are used in the storage of packaged goods to prevent and control the harm caused by static electricity. 1. The package should be controlled to generate as little static electricity as possible. For example, when handling liquids, it is necessary to limit the violent shaking in the drum, control the loading and unloading mode, prevent leakage of different oils, mix and prevent water ingress and intake in the steel drum. 2. Take measures to dissipate the generated static electricity as quickly as possible to avoid accumulation. For example, arrange good grounding devices on tools such as handling, increase the relative humidity of the workplace, lay conductive floors on the ground, and spray conductive paint on some tools. 3. Apply a certain amount of anti-charge to the point to avoid static voltage rise (such as inductive electrostatic neutralizer). 4. In some cases, static electricity accumulation is unavoidable, static voltage rises rapidly and even static sparks may occur. At this time, measures must be taken to prevent the occurrence of a burning accident despite the discharge. For example, in the space where the flammable liquid is stored, the inert gas is filled, and the safety device is installed, and the Cao Yong high-efficiency exhausting device makes the flammable gas or dust in the air reach the burning limit. 5. In places with fire hazards, such as chemical dangerous goods storage and release places, workers wear conductive shoes and static work clothes, etc., and eliminate static electricity from the human body in time.

Whether it is powder, fine particles, or particulate matter, static electricity is generated during transportation. Static electricity is essentially a surface appearance. Since the total surface area of a large amount of powder is very large, the static voltage generated is very high, and the amount of stored charge is also quite large. Each tiny particle can only carry a small amount of charge. However, when the particles are piled up together, if they are filled into the container, the accumulated charge will be very large, during the use of the container bag. There are usually two situations that create a potential electrostatic hazard. When filling a container, the filled material is usually charged during transport. The loading of the substance in the container also results in a relatively high positive charge and a high static build-up around the collective.

From the point of view of electrostatic fire hazards, the classification of container bags is widely used in Europe:
Example: Type A cartridges are not particularly electrostatically safe and are not recommended for use with sensitive flammable dusts and powders. In addition, they cannot be used in the presence of dust cloud or solvent vapors. These bulk bags are woven from ordinary woven polypropylene cloth and are insulators.

In daily life, the static defense of the container bag, but also pay attention to the natural environment, already materials, prevent problems before they happen!
