Anti-static technical requirements in the manufacture of electronic products
(1) Anti-static grounding resistance is <10Ω.
(2) Anti-static floor or floor mat: surface resistance value 105-109 Ω, friction voltage <100V.
(3) Anti-static wall: The resistance value is 5×104-109Ω.
(4) Anti-static workbench pad: surface resistance value 105-109Ω; friction voltage <100V; ground system resistance 105-109Ω.
(5) The anti-static work chair faces the caster resistance of 105-109Ω.
(6) Anti-static overalls, caps, gloves friction voltage <300V; sole friction voltage <100V. The surface resistance value is 105-109 Ω.
(7) The anti-static wrist strap connection cable resistance is 1MΩ; when wearing the wrist strap, the system resistance is 750KΩ-1O.5MΩ. Heel strap (shoe bundle) system resistance 105-108Ω.
(8) The logistics platform faces the wheel system resistance of 105-109 Ω.
(9) The surface resistance value of the material transfer device such as the material box, the turnover box and the PCB frame is 103-109Ω, and the friction voltage is <100V.

Formulate an anti-static management system and have a person responsible. Regularly check and maintain the effectiveness of anti-static facilities.
(1) Wrist strap: Check once a day. We can use SL-035 wrist strap tester, SL-039 wrist strap online monitor and SL-033 human body comprehensive tester.
(2) Anti-static clothing: It can be tested once a month. It can be tested by SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer surface resistance tester and SL-030B digital display hammer surface resistance tester.
(3) Anti-static shoes: It can be tested once a week. It can be tested by SL-033 human body comprehensive tester, SL-031 human body comprehensive tester and SL-036 human body comprehensive tester.
(4) Human body comprehensive resistance: It can be tested once a day, and can be detected by SL-033 human body comprehensive tester, SL-031 human body comprehensive tester and SL-036 human body comprehensive tester produced by our company. It is usually detected at the entrance of the workshop.
(5) The anti-static performance of anti-static component frame, printed board frame, turnover box and transport vehicle is checked every six months. It can be tested by SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer surface resistance tester and SL-030B digital display hammer surface resistance tester.
(6) Anti-static floor, table mat and floor mat are tested every three months. We can use SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer surface resistance tester and SL-030B digital display hammer produced by our company. Surface resistance tester.
(7) The static elimination device is tested every three months, and an electrostatic tester such as the FMX-OO3 electrostatic tester imported from Japan can be used. Or ME268A lithographic electrostatic tester.
(8) Grounding of anti-static products should be checked once a month. The SL-038A grounding system can be used to monitor the alarm detection.
