As a protective clothing with a very high usage rate in real life, anti-static clothing has relevant national standards and design standards.
1. Anti-static overalls: In order to prevent the accumulation of static electricity on the clothes, the overalls are sewn with anti-static fabrics.
2. Anti-static fabric: To prevent the accumulation of static electricity in clothing, when weaving, it is roughly spaced or evenly mixed into the fabric of conductive fibers.
3. Conductive fiber: a fiber made by composite spinning of metal oxide or carbon black.
4. Clothing appearance requirements: no damage, spots, dirt and other defects that affect the performance of clothing.
5. Anti-static fabric performance: In an environment with a temperature of 20±5°C and a humidity of 30-40%, after washing 100 times, the average surface charge density of the fabric is ≤ 7.0μc/m2.
