Among them, the grounding skills are more diverse than the conventional construction grounding and involve a wide range of areas. Many of the production equipment in the workshop are microelectronic equipment. These equipment have poor anti-interference ability and high requirements for anti-static, so grounding is particularly important in engineering. Its grounding system can be divided into power system grounding, electrical protection grounding, anti-static grounding, dynamic and static system grounding, electronic equipment grounding, and lightning protection grounding according to the specific application.
Static electricity is generated by friction between different substances. In the production process of electronic workshops, the hazards caused by static electricity are many. Many equipment and instruments in the project are relatively slow to electrostatic voltage, and static electricity will affect its normal operation or even show errors; the high voltage generated by static electricity will cause electric shock to people; in addition, when the static electricity is large, it will trigger spark discharge, which will cause fire accidents. In order to eliminate the hazards caused by static electricity, prevention and control measures must be adopted. There are many ways to eliminate static electricity, and the most effective way is to use a ground connection. In the electronic production workshop, all equipment that generates static electricity should be reliably grounded. In order to prevent the static charge accumulated on equipment and people from reaching a dangerous potential, anti-static floor mats are used in the production field. The protective material of this type of floor mat is composed of copper wires, and these metals form an electrical path with each other for electrostatic conduction of the anti-static floor mat. As an electrical planning cooperation, the ground terminal should be properly reserved on the construction column of the space where the anti-static floor mat is located. After the laying of the floor mat is stopped, connect the metal wire in the anti-static floor mat to the ground terminal. In addition, the ground terminal must be connected to the ground electrode through the main rib in the column, so that static electricity flows through the ground terminal along the main rib in the column to the ground electrode.
