Electrostatic protection and requirements for electrostatic sensitive devices in transportation, storage and custody
① During transportation, the SSD must not be dropped to the ground or detached from the package arbitrarily.
②When the SSD is being transported, all the lead pins must be in an anti-static packaging bag with the same potential. The surface resistivity of the anti-static packaging bag should be 1*10 or less than 11 ohms, and it should be placed in a covered anti-static box. For all SSDs that are put into storage, check whether there is an anti-static warning symbol on the packaging box and on the warehousing list.
③In the warehouse where SSD is stored, the relative humidity in the room should not be lower than 30-40%. Because in this environment, static electricity is very easy to accumulate. It is appropriate to keep the relative humidity of the warehouse at about 60%.
④SSD should be kept in its original packaging during storage. If you need to change the packaging, use a special container with anti-static properties. Do not use ordinary plastic bags, ordinary plastic boxes, etc., or pour it into drawers or cabinets at will.
⑤The SSD storage warehouse should be affixed with a special anti-static label on the visible position of the container storing the device.
⑥In the SSD storage warehouse, the types and specifications of the devices shall not be mixed together. The devices that have undergone a seasoned screening test and those that have not been tested by the seasoned screening test must be stored strictly separately.
⑦The factory should establish a special warehouse for SSD storage, and the warehouse staff should be educated in anti-static and have obtained the corresponding certificate. Warehouse personnel should wear anti-static overalls or cotton fabric overalls.
⑧There should be electrostatic protection measures in the special storage of SSD.
