After dust-free purification and cleaning, the bags used for dust-free clothing and dust-free boots are generally divided into two types, one is a relatively hard white nylon bag, and the other is a soft plastic PE plastic bag. Then why are there two kinds of bags?
The main reason is the cost. The white esd nylon bag has a nylon layer, and the dust-free garment is not easily leaked after being vacuum-sealed into the bag. Due to the lack of a nylon layer, PE plastic bags are relatively easy to leak after vacuum sealing. But the cost is only 1/4 of the nylon bag.
How do you choose? According to our experience of dust-free cleaning for more than 10 years, if the clean clothes and dust-free boots that you want to clean are used in the 1000-level workshop, and the washed clothes will be used soon, you can use esd PE plastic bags, even if There is a leaky bag, as long as the bag is not broken and you can't press the bulged air bag back, then the clothes and shoes can continue to be used. If you want to use clean and dust-free boots in the 100-level workshop, then it is best to use nylon bags, which can not only greatly reduce the leakage, but also suitable for long-term storage, if there is a leaky bag, clean clothes and It is best not to continue to use dust-free boots.
