    The electrostatic grounding system is a grounding method for grounding objects through metal conductors. The electrostatic conductors should be grounded directly with metal conductors. The human body and mobile equipment should be grounded indirectly using non-metallic conductive materials or antistatic materials and antistatic products. For electrostatic grounding spurs and connecting wires, a multi-strand metal wire or metal body with sufficient mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and unbreakable wire should be used.

For parts that can continuously generate electricity due to friction, containers and moving devices, etc., metal or antistatic materials should be used as much as possible. The human body can be regarded as a conductor for static electricity, so as long as the human body is grounded, it can be prevented from being charged. However, since the operator usually does not stay in a certain place, the electric power continues to be charged due to walking and work; the static electricity of the human body may be the ignition source of the danger, the pollution source of the cleaning plant, and the electromagnetic interference source of the electronic device.


 The static electricity in manufacturing industry is produced and accumulated in the process of production, storage and transportation. It has a great impact on safety production and product quality. From the charged area to the earth, the total resistance of the whole system is the electrostatic leakage resistance, and the resistance from the device casing to the earth is called the electrostatic grounding resistance, and the resistance of the grounding body to the earth is called the grounding body to ground resistance. Objects that need to be grounded are inadvertently grounded, and are often prone to cause static or even electrostatic hazards, so special emphasis is placed on areas that are easily overlooked.
