ESD Warning Label Application Areas
Cleanroom Environments: Used to identify ESD-sensitive areas and equipment
Semiconductor Manufacturing: Processes such as wafer processing, photolithography, and packaging testing, where ESD sensitivity can reach ±10V
Electronics Assembly: High-static-current areas such as SMT production lines and wave soldering equipment
Automotive Electronics Factories: As part of an ESD protection system

Correct Usage

ESD label
Apply the label where it should be placed, visible, and durable, such as:
The center of the top crossbar of a turnover cart
The center of each side of a turnover box
The center of the backrest of an ESD-protected work chair
The front surface of packaging materials
ESD floor warning labels are only intended for use on zebra crossings in ESD-protected areas (EPAs). The text should face the ESD work area. The ground terminal should be located in the center of the label's inner hole.
