Explanation of Static Grounding Methods
Static grounding methods can generally be divided into two types: direct grounding and indirect grounding. A brief introduction follows.
(a) Direct Grounding: Direct grounding is electrical grounding, which involves directly connecting a charged object to the grounding mains using a metal conductor.

(b) Indirect Grounding: Indirect grounding is a method of electrostatic grounding where an object other than metal is electrostatically grounded, with all or part of its surface in close contact with the grounding electrode. In other words, it connects the charged object and the grounding electrode through a static conductor with a certain resistance value.
