The fabric inductive electrostatic tester is suitable for measuring the electrostatic properties of various textile raw materials and finished products (including fibers, yarns, fabrics, carpets, decorative fabrics) under laboratory conditions, and can also be used to determine other sheet (plate) shapes. The electrostatic properties of materials such as paper, rubber, plastic, composite sheets, etc. The instrument main body consists of a corona discharge device, a probe and a detection system. Using a given high-voltage electric field, the sample to be tested is periodically discharged, and the sample is induced to generate static electricity, thereby performing electrostatic energy, static voltage half-life, and electrostatic residual amount detection to determine the electrostatic properties of the sample to be tested.



Instrument characteristics



1. The specially designed high voltage generating circuit ensures continuous and linear adjustment in the range of 0--10000V. The digital display shows the high voltage value. The high voltage adjustment is intuitive and convenient.



2. The high-voltage generating circuit adopts a fully enclosed module structure, and the electronic circuit realizes high-voltage shutdown and opening, which overcomes the shortcomings of high-voltage generating circuits of similar products in China which are easy to cause contact sparking, and is safe and reliable in use.

4. It can be tested by timing method and constant pressure method respectively.
