Features of dust-free anti-static clothing fabric selection
Dust-free anti-static clothing requires that it cannot become a dust source itself, and it must also comprehensively prevent the occurrence of human conscious dust and anti-static. In order to achieve such a protective effect, there are special requirements for the fabric used to make dust-free clothing. Dust-free anti-static fabric is also called anti-static ultra-clean fabric, which is different from ordinary anti-static fabric.
It has the following characteristics:

A. It has anti-static function. This anti-static function must be durable and efficient, and will not decay due to daily washing and friction.
B. The fabric itself does not generate dust. Because it is worn in a clean room, the fabric must not become a dust source in the clean room. This can only be produced with chemically synthesized fibers, while natural fibers such as cotton, linen, and silk cannot be used in ultra-clean fabrics.
C. It must have excellent dust filtration. The dust particles in the clean room mainly come from the indoor moving air and moving human bodies. When the equipment conditions are determined, the cleanliness is to control the fine dust generated by the human body in the clothes to the maximum extent and prevent it from being emitted into the air. This is the so-called highest dust filtration rate, but the dust filtration rate is at the expense of fabric and breathability, so loosely woven fabrics are not suitable for clean rooms.
