FMX-004 Electrostatic Field Tester
Apparatus for determining the electrostatic properties of textile raw materials and finished products
Electrostatic field tester is divided into contact and non-contact electrostatic field tester. The measurable range is +/-200KV. The shell is made of anti-static material and has a grounding buckle to ensure reliable measurement results.
It is mainly used to determine the electrostatic properties of textile raw materials and finished products (including fibers, yarns, fabrics, carpets, and decorative fabrics) under laboratory conditions. It can also be used to determine the electrostatic properties of other sheet and plate materials such as paper, rubber, plastic, and composite panels. The host of the instrument is composed of a corona discharge device, a probe and a detection system. Using a given high-voltage electric field, the test sample is regularly discharged to induce static electricity in the sample, so as to detect the magnitude of the static electricity, the half-life of the static voltage, and the residual static electricity to determine the electrostatic performance of the test sample.
