How is the anti-static rubber invalid?
We must know how anti-static rubber is considered to be ineffective. Since anti-static rubber is used in a wide range of applications and the environmental conditions are the same in all parts, we roughly divide the situation into three types.

1. There are high-temperature objects in the operating environment, such as an electric soldering iron. Once the electric soldering iron in use falls on the anti-static rubber, a little carelessness may cause the anti-static rubber to be burnt or even burn through. It is obviously not cost-effective and wastes resources to replace the whole piece of anti-static rubber with holes. Therefore, in general, we recommend cutting off a certain area of anti-static rubber with burn marks or holes as the center, and replace with new rubber of the same size. Of course, the corresponding conduction work must be done well, so I won't go into details here.
2. Due to the harsh environmental conditions and the use of it for a long time, the rubber material of the anti-static rubber is inevitably hard, brittle, and cracked, and its physical properties are already different from when it was just laid. Very far, even if the anti-static performance is still effective at this time, we also recommend to replace the new anti-static rubber immediately to avoid possible failure at any time and the subsequent electrostatic risk.
3. The most common situation is also impossible to avoid with the existing technology. The anti-static rubber can no longer meet the anti-static requirements under testing. The only thing to do at this time is to immediately replace the new anti-static rubber to avoid the existing ones. The risk of static electricity causes losses.
