How should ESD anti-static products be tested?
The test steps are as follows:
1. Place the sample to be tested on the insulating pad.
2. Place the tester on the surface of the sample to be tested.
3. Adjust the voltage switch to the required voltage position (10V or 100V). (Some simpler testers do not have a voltage switch)
4. Press the measurement button continuously with about 5 pounds of pressure to read the surface resistivity (some can only read on the order of 10 depending on the accuracy of the measuring instrument), temperature and relative humidity values (depending on the accuracy of the measuring instrument) Different (some cannot be read), the entire measurement process takes about fifteen seconds.
