How to detect ion output of ion fan
Ion fan, everyone will be familiar with this product and equipment, but the specific things are not very clear. So today, the editor will come to popularize some knowledge about ion fans.
I think everyone generally uses an electrostatic tester to measure the ion output of the (ion blower). When using a 150mm×150mm 20pF charging board as each EOS/ESD standard, an electrostatic tester can be used to determine the specific discharge time. The discharge time of 1000V-100V only takes a few seconds. Let's take a look at how to detect the ion output of the ion fan.
Of course it is better to use a professional tester, such as SIMCO FMX-004 tester

If an electrostatic tester cannot be provided, a pocket-type electrostatic tester can also be used to verify the ion output (condition). The specific procedures are as follows:
1. Take out the plastic block from the ion air flow and measure the amount of static electricity remaining.
2. Turn on the power of the ionizing fan and set the wind speed to high speed.
3. Take a piece of plastic cloth, and then rub the plastic cloth with the rubber until the static electricity can be measured with the electrostatic tester.
4. Place the static-charged plastic cloth 300mm away from the central ion outlet for 5 seconds.
