1. Keep the environment at a certain humidity. 3. Use ion air gun, ion head, ion rod and other facilities to prevent static electricity generation within a certain range.
4. Semiconductor devices should be placed in anti-static plastic containers or anti-static plastic bags. This type of anti-static container has good conductivity and can effectively prevent the generation of static electricity. Of course, the conditions should be placed in a metal container or wrapped in metal foil.
5. The operator should wear an anti-static hand strap on his wrist. This kind of hand strap should have good grounding performance. This measure is the most effective.
