Some customers may have questions about how to judge the quality of dust-free wipes. The cleanliness of the produced dust-free wipes is the key to judging its quality. The cleanliness directly affects the decontamination ability of the dust-free wipes. Usually the cleanliness of dust-free wipes is defined by the following aspects:
1. The amount of dust generated by the dust-free wiping cloth. Including the amount of dust particles released in the air (APC) and the amount of dust particles released in the liquid (LPC). Many people think that shaking and shedding is an intolerable problem with dust-free cloths. In fact, this is not the case. On the contrary, shaking and shedding is a physical property of the dust-free cloth wiping material itself. It is just a matter of how much dust is shed.
2. The amount of ions released from dust-free wipers. Mainly check highly active metal ions and non-metal ions. If the surface of the item you want to wipe has precision metal materials, it is recommended that the precipitation of ions be an important inspection item, because active ions can easily damage the surface of precision metals through battery reactions.
3. Non-volatile content (NVR) of dust-free wipes in solvents. Solvents are usually used, and the evaluation is based on what solvent is used. The amount of residue is usually tested with precision weighing equipment, but users can also determine whether the residue of the dust-free cloth is within the required range by testing whether the wipe is foggy.
As an important cleaning tool in dust-free workshops, dust-free wipes are deeply loved by customers and are widely used. Therefore, users should follow the standards when purchasing, and should not be greedy for cheap, so that they can buy high-quality dust-free wipes.
