How to peel off the film layer of the sticky mat to be replaced

After the sticky mat has been used for a period of time, the surface film layer will be contaminated, and then the surface film layer needs to be peeled off. Many people start with the corner with the mark and peel it off in a straight line. Doing so will easily cause the pollutants adhering to the sticky mat to fly up and enter the clean room through air flow. It is recommended to use the following steps to peel off the film layer to be replaced:
1. Find the color mark on the edge of the cushion;
2. Take out the mark and slowly separate the film layer from the edge of the cushion;
3. Continue to peel the film upwards and separate it from the cushion until all four corners are separated from the cushion;
4. Pull the separated four corners to the middle of the cushion to form a tent shape
5. Slowly separate the film in the middle of the cushion;
6. Fold the film inward until it is small enough to be thrown away.
7. The contaminated film should be thrown outside the locker room. Workers should not pull the label and pull the film off the pad at will, but should peel off the film slowly according to the above process. When the surface of the film is covered with dust during use, the stickiness of the sticky mat will decrease. At this time, this layer of sticky mat needs to be torn off. It is also very important to tear off the sticky mat. First, slowly separate the four corners of the anti-fouling mat from the pad, then move closer to the middle, wrap the dust inside, and stretch the film inward until it is small enough to be thrown away. In this way, the pollutants adhering to the dust removal pad will not fly around to ensure the dust removal effect. The sticky dust pad has strong adhesion, does not fall off, can be used more than 100 times, is easy to replace, does not need to be mopped or cleaned with water, and has a shelf life of 1-3 years.
