How to Remove Static Electricity from a Glue Coating Machine
Excessive static electricity can easily cause a fire when the glue coating machine is in operation.
Solution: Use an explosion-proof, safe ionizing rod.

1. Ionizing Rod Installation
Maintain a safe distance of 15 cm or more from the high-voltage output terminal and any metal conductors.
Clean the emitter needle regularly with isopropyl alcohol (once a week).
2. Electrostatic Spray Gun Operation
Voltage Adjustment: 30-50 kV for ordinary paints, 80 kV for high-viscosity paints. Maintain a spray distance of 30-50 cm and a travel speed of 30-60 cm/s.
3. Daily Inspection
Test the ground wire for continuity (once a month). Check the ionizing effect of the ionizing rod (verify with an electrostatic tester).
4. Safety Precautions
Operators must wear an anti-static wrist strap (1 MΩ ground resistance) and an anti-static heel strap.
