How to test the cleanliness of clean clothes
1. Counting method: Let the air pass through the test clothing, and use a particle counter to measure the size and number of dust particles. Place the sample on a stand with a metal mesh, use a sampler (replaced by a 47mm filter holder) for contact and suction, and the air volume passing through is 28L/min.
2. Drum method: Put the sample into a rotating drum with an opening on the side and rotate it, sample the dust-generating particles from the drum, measure the number of particles with a particle counter, and determine the level of cleanliness. The size of the rotating drum is 43cm×33cm, and there are 4 blades on the inside of the barrel, and the number of revolutions of the barrel is 10 rpm. The results may vary due to different methods. But in the end, our technology confirmed that no matter what method is used to test the final dust-free particle size, it meets the thousand-level requirements.
In fact, according to the cleanliness parameters recommended by the current IEST-RP-CC003.0 standard, the roller test method is generally used to evaluate the cleanliness of cleanliness workwear. The drum test is specially used to test the number of particles emitted from the clean clothes. This test clean clothes can not only evaluate the overall ability to clean the particles of the work clothes during the dust-free cleaning process, but also identify the compactness of the clean clothes fabrics.
