How to Use an Anti-Static Dust Collector
1. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet and connect the compressed air line (the compressed air must be filtered for water and oil).
2. Turn on the power switch to activate the anti-static dust collector. When an object enters the chamber, the photoelectric switch senses the object below. The anti-static nozzle and air wand inside automatically release a large amount of ionized air, causing the object to leave the chamber and automatically stop blowing.
3. To adjust the air pressure: After connecting the air line, turn on the air pressure. Gently pull up the air pressure regulator. Then, turn the switch left or right to adjust the air pressure. The pressure can be seen on the barometer. A range of 4-7 kg/cm² is ideal. Once adjusted, press the switch down. The maximum pressure should not exceed 7 kg/cm².
4. The sensing distance of the photoelectric switch is adjustable, with a maximum distance of 30 cm. There is a small knob on the switch that can be turned left or right to adjust the sensing distance.

5. An exhaust fan is installed at the rear to draw dust down to the bottom of the dust box. A dust bag is placed over the air outlet to collect the dust.
Safety and Maintenance: 1. Compressed air must pass through a filter to remove water and oil. The outlet connected to the dust box must be securely grounded. The maximum air pressure should not exceed 7 kg/cm2. 2. This unit is a 4.6 kV high-voltage ion generator. Keep it away from flammable or explosive materials when in use. Do not use in flammable or explosive environments.
