Ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth generally uses laser and ultrasonic to superior edge banding.
1. When using and unpacking, you need to wear dust-free gloves and a mask.
2. The dust-free cloth can either be dipped in solvent for wiping, or it can be wiped directly for convenience.
3. When wiping, the four sides of the dust-free cloth should be wrapped inside, and the edge of the dust-free cloth should not be used to touch the surface area of the wipe.
4. When using an excellent dust-free cloth, the inner packaging bag must be opened in a clean environment, and the packaging bag must be cleaned before unpacking, especially the opening must be kept tidy.
5. When using in operation, the dust-free cloth must be kept flat and can not be rubbed. When moving and wiping, try to fully contact the fibers of the cloth and the surface when wiping, and make sure to wipe in the same direction. , Do not repeat wiping back and forth.
