How to use the ion fan correctly
Nowadays, many manufacturers are troubled by static electricity, and always consult us (Anti-Static Products Information Network) for good methods. We would recommend the use of ion blowers, but customers will also react to ion blowers that do not work. Is the quality not good enough? In fact, the effect of ion fan is still very good, but sometimes improper use can make it ineffective.

Some people think that if the dust cannot be removed, the ion fan is of poor quality. In fact, this judgment is wrong. Dust particles are divided into dry particles and mixed oily particles. Dry particles have a very good dust removal effect with ion fans. After static electricity is eliminated, the dust can be blown off with a small amount of air. If it is oily particulate dust, only the dry dust attached to the oily particles will be blown off with an ion fan. The oily particulate dust remaining on the surface of the product cannot be blown off. It must be wiped with a dust-free cloth and an appropriate amount of drops. Solve the problem.
Some customers think that the faster the wind speed of the ion fan, the greater the air volume, the better the dust removal effect. In fact, this view is not correct, it depends on the environment and the shape of the product. If it is in a clean environment, the product is very regular and flat, in fact, only a small amount of air is needed to achieve the effect. Because in this environment, the dust removal object mainly settles automatically, and the external pollution source is non-oily particulate dust. The product surface and the airflow surface form a 30° inclination angle, which can be formed with a light blow. On the contrary, the hazard caused by the large air volume and the fast flow rate is that the airflow direction of the clean room is changed, and the random air blowing causes a large area of dust pollution, and the product quality is difficult to control.
It can be seen that people must confirm the object when using ion fans, and use the most appropriate wind speed to blow away the dust, which saves time and effort.
