How to wax and maintain anti-static floor
Anti-static flooring will suffer from wear, pollution, and aging in long-term use. Once there is any accident, it will directly damage the surface of the floor, which will affect the anti-static effect and shorten the service life of the anti-static floor. Therefore, in addition to strengthening the wear layer of the anti-static floor, it is also necessary to regularly wax and maintain the anti-static floor.



The specific operation of anti-static floor waxing maintenance:
Dust suction: suck off the attachments on the floor surface and some adhesives, glues, paint spots, etc.;
Waxing: Use waxing water and a proper waxing pad to remove the original wax layer;
Cleaning: Clean the floor with clean water;
Waxing: Use a water suction machine to absorb the water, and wait until the ground is completely dry. Use a clean wax mop to evenly spread the anti-static floor wax on the floor. Wait for about 30 minutes. After the wax layer is completely dry, apply a second layer of wax. Three to five layers of wax can be applied as needed. Note: Do not pour leftover wax back to the original container!
Replenishing wax: 1 part of water for 1 part of anti-static floor wax can be used to mop the ground;
Polishing: spray grinding and polishing;
Maintenance: Use anti-static floor dust remover or anti-static balance cleaner for cleaning.
Measurement: The waxed area needs to be measured regularly and data recorded.
