After the ion air gun is used for a period of time, dust will accumulate on the ion needle and the inner wall. It must be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, the power should be cut off. If the compressed air is not clean, an air filter can be installed to reduce dust accumulation.
Requirements and maintenance: 1. The power supply must have a ground wire and be fully grounded. The transformer must be well grounded and the ground wire knob should be checked for tightness before each use.
2. The gas source used must be effectively filtered, sometimes a secondary filtration device is required, and the filter should be cleaned in time. Otherwise: water, oil, and dust/dust particles will enter the ion generation chamber and adhere to the inner wall of the plastic part. When accumulated to a certain extent, the ion needle will ignite it. As a result, the plastic part gradually forms a honeycomb focal loss, and the ion is eliminated. The amount is gradually reduced.
