How to install the ion bar:
1. The ion bar should be equipped with a high voltage power supply;
2. Insert the end of the wind bar cable into the high voltage output jack of the high voltage power supply and rotate it clockwise to the head;
3. Connect the ground wire of the wind bar connection to the grounding bar on the outside of the high voltage generator and confirm that the grounding is good;
4. Insert the plug of the high voltage generator into the socket with the grounding wire (note the voltage used by the high voltage generator);
5. Fix the wind bar to the proper position and turn on the high voltage generator to work.



Notes on the use of ion bars:
1. The discharge needle of the ion bar should be away from the metal mounting bracket of the wind bar, and * use the insulating material as the bracket.
2. In order to make the material add enough static electricity, there must be a flat metal plate or metal mesh plate on the back side of the electrostatically charged material. This metal pallet is connected to the earth, the working ground of the DC high voltage supply, so that the electrostatic discharge forms a loop.
3. In order to make the material add enough static electricity and add static electricity, it will not leak (run away) quickly. The larger the insulation value of the material, the better. The dryer the material and ambient air, the better.
4. Electrostatic discharge needle * Do not discharge against the bare metal plate, that is, the area of the material to be electrostatically charged is equal to the area of the metal plate. If the material to be charged is changed due to the size of the area, and the area or length of the electrostatic emitter cannot be changed, then * put a thicker insulation on the bare metal plate, or put it against the bare light. Ion bar operation safety matters:
1. The socket connected to the high voltage power supply must be reliably grounded.
2. Do not use in a flammable or explosive environment.
3. Do not repair it yourself.
Daily maintenance and maintenance of ion bars:
1. When the static bar is not used, turn off the high voltage power supply.
2. The ion needle is cleaned once every six months. When cleaning, turn off the power. Gently scrub the ion needle inside with a cotton swab.
